Join The Real Wan for a festive Southwest Chinese inspired tasting menu at the SPOT Design Market POP-UP Restaurant, held at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall.
All the food produced by The Real Wan at SPOT will be animal free.
Menu:
Dumpling platter - 1 x Spongy Vegan Baobun, 1 x vegan sticky rice dumplings with shiitake mushrooms, 2 x fluffy Vegan charsui Baobuns, 2 x boiled vegan dumplings with homemade spicy pickle chill sauce
Pearl rice with topping
Deep fried Chinese long aubergine wok fried with tomato, garlic, Chinese smoky chilli and homemade tangy fermented chilli sauce, top up with spring onions and coriander
Slow cooked tofu, Chinese silky tofu slow cooked with garlic, mint and Chinese chillis in a homemade warming sesame broth
Treats - 1 x sesame Mochi, 1 x brown sugar Mochi
Opt for a 1pm or 1.30pm sitting.
